LIST. IF YOU DO, YOU COULD BE ORDERING SOME PARTS
THAT ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE OR THE PRICE HAS
CHANGED. WE UPDATE THESE LIST ON A DAILY BASIS OR AS
REQUIRED.

1. All inquires in writing must be accompanied by a self addressed, stamped
envelope or you may inquire by phone.
2. Please DO NOT order parts that are not on this list. If parts are not on this list,
see paragraph 1 above.
3. Please use complete part numbers when ordering. Toy Train Parts not
responsible for parts ordered incorrectly over the phone. Include your phone
number on all orders.
4. All RETURNS must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
5. Check, money order or credit card with all mail orders. Credit card for
all fax or on line orders (Visa or Master Card).   All orders purchased on
credit cards must be done at the time your order is placed. We still honor
all open accounts for personnel who are in good standing and has paid
on time.

8. I maintain a 99% in stock rate of all parts listed. I do not issue credit slips. Al
refunds will be in your shipment.
9. All Kentucky residents must include a 6 percent sales tax or submit Kentucky
resale certificate form 51A105 (3-86) completed and signed.
10. I ship by UPS and USPS. (Prices effective 12 May 2008).

The days and hours listed above are very flexible with us. We work from our
house and have other commitments that we must keep and may not always be
available during the times above.
